If you answered yes to the questions above, then we want you to join our team!

An internship at the Hernando County Elections Office provides you with the perfect opportunity to learn the mechanics of the elections process first hand. You will find answers to common misconceptions surrounding voter fraud, vote-by-mail and provisional ballots, early voting, and voter registration. Our internship is paid, and you will undoubtedly leave our office with a newfound respect for the process and all of the work that goes into conducting an election. You may even decide that you want to become an election worker!
