Due to the resignation of State Representative Charles Dean, Gov. Crist has declared that a Special Election must be held to fill the vacancy.
Notice of testing and canvassing for Special General Election June 11, 2007
The Hernando County Canvassing Board will meet to conduct a logic and accuracy test on the tabulating equipment to be used for the June 26, 2007, Special General Election. This meeting will be held at the Hernando County Supervisor of Elections Office and is open to the public.
