| Forms Required: |
All candidates, before accepting or spending
any funds, must file Form DS-DE9, Appointment of Campaign Treasurer and
Designation of Campaign Depository, with the qualifying officer. Within ten (10)
days after filing Form DS-DE9, the candidate must file a Statement of
Candidate form DS-DE84 with the qualifying officer. Candidates must file
the above papers with the Qualifying Officer before opening the campaign
account.
